A little bit about me...
Hello! My name is Mina and I'm in my third year at Exceptional Minds pursuing a VFX major with a minor in Motion Design. After attending an Intro to VFX summer workshop, it was love at first sight! I quickly did a 180 and decided to change careers. As an adult going back to school, I have a lifelong passion for learning and a desire to tackle new challenges, and I'm so excited for the future!
"Find a job you enjoy doing, and you will never have to work a day in your life." —Mark TwainI've been fortunate to have had the opportunity to work on some VFX shots for a movie, so far doing dustbusting and planar tracking for motion stabilization using Nuke. I’ve also had some experience with rotoscoping, green screen keying, color grading, and motion/planar tracking, 3D camera projection, and point-cloud tracking in Nuke, After Effects, and Mocha for school projects.
In my spare time, I enjoy photography, 10-ball and 9-ball, tinkering with my PC, and attempting to code.
